Cancellations
In high‑demand environments, cancellations often trigger third‑party penalties. The key variable is how much has already been committed to suppliers and allocations.
Client cancellation
- If you cancel after supplier commitments, you are responsible for non-recoverable costs and supplier penalties.
- We will pursue recoveries where possible but cannot guarantee refunds if suppliers do not permit them.
Changes and rescheduling
- Changes to guest count, privacy requirements, transport, or access layers can change feasibility and cost.
- Rescheduling is treated as a new confirmation where suppliers require new commitments.
Supplier cancellation, force majeure, and unforeseen circumstances
If a supplier cancels or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent delivery, we will propose alternatives where feasible. Outcomes may be refund, credit, replacement, or re-routing depending on supplier rules and timeline realities.
Insurance
We recommend appropriate insurance where relevant. Many premium engagements carry non-refundable components that are best managed via tailored coverage.
What is different vs typical cancellation pages
- Focus on supplier commitments and feasibility rather than generic refund tiers.
- Explicit re-routing and alternative-path approach when access changes.
