Bookings in premium environments are driven by lead time, allocations, supplier rules, and non‑refundable commitments. This section describes how we confirm work and handle payments.
Confirmations
- Work is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from World of Elan SIA and any required payment is received.
- Some requests require rapid supplier commitments. We will explain what becomes non-refundable before you proceed.
Fees, deposits, and payment schedule
- We may require a design or planning deposit to begin supplier outreach, itinerary design, or access sourcing.
- Supplier deposits and staged payments may be required to secure inventory and staff.
- For high-value payments, additional verification and secure payment rails may be required.
Pricing and changes
- Quoted prices may change before confirmation due to availability, supplier pricing, taxes, exchange rates, or timing.
- After confirmation, changes occur only if you request changes or supplier terms force adjustments.
Credit card authorisation
Where card payments are used, you authorise us or relevant suppliers to charge agreed amounts and any supplier-approved incidentals linked to your booking (where applicable and disclosed).
