Designed for real forums
Most YPO and EO forums run two shorter meeting blocks across 3 to 4 days. We plan around that reality. Meetings usually sit after breakfast, or as a focused block that flows directly into lunch.
Transfers from and to the airport are always included. Transfers between activities are included whenever locations are not walkable. Hotels, reservations, routing, and timing are handled end-to-end so the group stays present.
