Terms

This page explains how World of Elan SIA works when arranging access, travel, hospitality, and third‑party services. In high‑demand environments, availability and third‑party rules are decisive.

Our role

  • We act as a curator and coordinator. Unless stated otherwise in writing, third parties operate and deliver the underlying services.
  • We use reasonable efforts to source, recommend, and secure services aligned with your intent, privacy needs, and timing.

Access and availability

  • Access is never guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Many access paths require third-party approval, allocation, or identity checks.
  • If a preferred layer becomes unavailable, we will propose alternatives that preserve intent, privacy, and quality.

Discretion

  • We share only what is necessary to fulfil an engagement, on a need-to-know basis.
  • Where required, confidentiality terms or an NDA can be agreed in writing.

Third-party conditions

  • Suppliers may impose entry rules, dress codes, identity checks, usage limitations, or photography restrictions.
  • Supplier terms may include non-refundable elements once committed. We flag material constraints before you confirm.

Limitation of responsibility

  • We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers where we are acting as coordinator/agent.
  • Where a claim relates to a third party, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable claims process and documentation required to pursue recovery.

  • Privacy-first default with minimal data sharing.
  • Explicit "access is confirmed only in writing" standard.
  • Need-to-know fulfilment channels and optional NDA posture.
