Forum Retreat

Old Town. New Conversations.

Tallinn combines a medieval Old Town with excellent restaurants, cocktail bars, unique experiences, and Nordic sauna culture. Its compact size makes it particularly well suited to YPO and EO forums.

Estonia

Estonia sits on the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe. It is small, easy to navigate, and surprisingly modern, with a strong technology sector and a relaxed way of doing business. Distances are short, getting around is simple, and groups spend more time together and less time moving between places.

Tallinn

Tallinn is home to one of the best preserved medieval Old Towns in Europe, where city walls, merchant houses, and hidden courtyards sit alongside rooftop bars, waterfront restaurants, and a growing creative scene. For EO and YPO forums, it offers an unusual mix of history, nightlife, and experiences without the scale and logistics of a larger capital.

Designed for real forums

Forum rhythm with decisive execution

Most forums run two shorter meeting blocks across 3 to 4 days. We plan around that reality. Meetings usually sit after breakfast, or as a focused block that flows directly into lunch.

Transfers from and to the airport are always included. Transfers between activities are included whenever locations are not walkable. Hotels, reservations, routing, and timing are handled end-to-end so the group stays present.

Stay

Two hotel options

Radisson Collection Hotel
A modern base in the centre of the city with larger rooms, excellent breakfast, a good spa, and plenty of space for a forum group to spread out. Meetings, dinners, and activities are all within easy reach, making it a practical choice for most groups.
Nunne Boutique Hotel
A smaller hotel with more character and a quieter atmosphere than the larger city hotels. Many of Tallinn's best restaurants, bars, and galleries are only a short walk away, and returning through the Old Town in the evening becomes part of the experience itself.

Hotel names and final availability are shared once dates and group size are confirmed.

What is unique in Tallinn for a forum

Entrepreneur access without theatre

Tallinn combines one of Europe's best preserved medieval Old Towns with experiences that simply do not exist in most capitals. Immersive murder mystery dinners, Peaky Blinders-inspired gambling nights, demolition derby racing, paintball with vehicles, Nordic sauna culture, hidden cocktail bars, and lively nightlife make Tallinn very different from the usual forum destination. With four distinct seasons, the city works just as well for snowy winter evenings as it does for long summer nights.

Dining and drinks

Tallinn's food scene surprises most visitors. Michelin-starred restaurants sit alongside hidden cocktail bars, chef's tables, and some of the best value fine dining in Northern Europe. For private groups, we can also arrange dining experiences with some of Estonia's leading chefs.

Action and adrenaline

Tallinn offers more than the usual city activities. Demolition derby racing, paintball with vehicles, go-karting, drifting experiences, indoor shooting, activities on the Baltic Sea, and many more options give groups plenty to choose from throughout the year, whatever the season.

Nightlife and entertainment

Tallinn's nightlife ranges from hidden speakeasy bars and intimate cocktail lounges to lively nightclubs, waterfront venues, and private entertainment experiences. The city is small enough that everything feels connected and large enough that no two evenings need to look the same.

Recovery and culture

Tallinn is just as good at slowing down as it is at keeping busy. Nordic smoke saunas, modern spas, speciality coffee shops, medieval immersive walking tours, galleries, museums, local design shops, seaside walks, and quiet corners of the Old Town show a very different side of the city.

Enrichment

For forums looking for something beyond leisure, Tallinn offers access to local founders, makers, and business owners. Experiences such as visiting Renard Speed Shop and meeting the founder behind one of Estonia's best known custom motorcycle brands provide a different perspective on entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, and building a business.
